Mild Hepatomegaly with Grade I fatty
My Liver Size is 16.5cm. Enlarded in size and shows increased echogenicity. No focal Lesions. No IHBR dilatation. In Ultrasound Scanning of Whole Abdomen the impression is - Mild Hepatomegaly with Grade I Fatty Liver. Present doctor did not prescribe any medicine. Can you please suggest me is this impression indicates any serious problem or what should i need to do.

Why do you want medicines? There is no magic pill. What u need is to check for ur BP, Lipid profile, blood sugar levels. Daily walk for 30 to 40 min. If u are smoking or consuming alcohol, then stop it.
