Mild pain in one left testicle
From 24 hour without any accidents or injury i am having pain in left side waist line and in one left testicle when touching its producing pain but very low but continuous pls tell is the case of worry

Is there any swelling in scrotum? And do you have history of recent cold and cough? You can have tab ibrufen for pain
