  4. Mild pain in top left chest. Manager.

Mild pain in top left chest
I had fever and cold since last 4 days and took paracetamol and olox200 . Today I started feeling discomfort and mild pain in top left chest and numbness in left arm along with cold sweats on forehead. I am 32 years old sales manager.
