I feel mild pain or inflammation under the patella of my right knee irregularly for one months now. It also increases when I'm in anxiety and stress. What should I do?

Anterior knee pain most often is due to patellofemoral problems.
Where exactly is the pain? What’s the frequency? Severity? What activities aggravate it? Is there pain in rest/ squatting/climbing stairs/ walking? These are few questions need answering to better understand your condition.

Most of the times it’s just muscle weakness or mild softening of knee cap cartilage that can lead to such kind of pain
