From 1 month mild  pain in lower stomach no other symptoms what is the reason suggest some diagnosis

Usually related to rectum URINARY bladder like colitis cystitis. But other causes related pelvic organs may be possible. Watch for stool related, urine related, SYMPTOMS. Or any swelling in lower abdomen. Discuss in details. Investigations can be be best planned based on DETAILED history.
