Miscarriage
Hello Doctor, We had two miscarriages in one year. After 2nd miscarriage we did test of foetus . The result shows trisomy22. We are worried about future pregnancy. Is this going happen again,or what can be done to prevent this Our all report is ok. My age is 38 and my wife age is 37

So the age is the single most important factor with maternal age being more important.It can reoccur or some other anueploidy..also since u had two miscarriages advisable to get both partner karyotype. Prevention can done via PGT-A testing of embryos and then going for embryo transfer .so IVF would be required for that

With your age yes it can recurr you are advised you connect with a  genetic counselor for preconceptional genetic counselling
