Miscarriage
Usg and tvs shows I have features of missed abortion. But I am not experiencing any such symptoms physically. I am still having symptoms of pregnancy. Please guide.

Hello
It's not clear the weeks of pregnancy. Some times USG misdiagnosed. Wait for few days and investigate at another center.
