  4. Missed period by 2 days. Test done.

Missed period by 2 days. Test done
I have a 23-25 day cycle, never late. Have missed my period by 2 days. Only had protected sex. Tested on the missed period day, and it was negative. Beta hCG levels are below 0.2. Tsh is 0.041 and T3 is 4.3. What might be the problem?
