Missed period for 7 months

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My prolactin level is 300 and I am not pregnant , i have been missing my period for 7 months does that mean I am going through premature manapouse and I will not be able to get pregnant. I’m 27 and I am currently taking Wellbutrin 300 mg . I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and obesity since 2015. Iam also anemic
