Get a serum beta hcg done, if negative, it's mostly due to pill effect

Such things are best discussed sitting across the table. They don't have a straight forward answer which will surely get you "regular periods from tomorrow onwards". One line of treatment may fail and then we go to the second line. No Gynaecologist on Tele-consultation will remember all that you have mentioned today. So for such varied presentation of symptoms please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area whom you can approach as and when you want.

Get BetaHCG test done to confirm. Pill causes delay in period.
