Asked for Female, 22 Years

My last month's period was on May 15th and I had an unsafe sex with my husband on May 30th. This month that is in June I dint get my periods yet! Its 22nd of June now I missed my periods. I have consulted a gynecologist and had a urine, blood test and also scanning but the test was showing negative for preganancy. If it is not pregnancy then why dint I get my periods yet?? ( my periods would be on date every month)

Hello, since you had intercourse almost on ovulation day , if your periods were regular before there could be chance of pregnancy, if the tests were done before 15th June, please get repeat urine pregnancy test now, other causes for Irregular periods is hormonal imbalance (like prolactin, oestrogen, progesterone,) hypothyroidism, reproductive tract infections, PCOS, anemia,fibroids, stress etc,
