Missed period with -ve pregnancy test?

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Its been 5days passed my periods I dint get my periods yet. But getting pain like period for 5days. I did iui on 16th of last month and from 19th I am taking susten 200 once till today. My periods is regular and is 28-30days. I did pregnancy test yesterday and it came negative. I just want to know whether I am pregnant or not. Y is this delay?
