Missed periods and pain in Lower abdomen
Hello Everyone
We had sex with protection after my wife's 2-3 days after her menstrual cycle. Her periods are delayed. Her last period starting date was 7th January 2023. And last night she felt pain in her lower abdomen but after peeing her pain was relieved.
What can be the probable reasons or which tests are recommended?
Is she pregnant?

Check once urine pregnancy test
Chances of pregnancy less as contact is before ovulation period but then too rule out once as no menses yet
Could also have urine infection....check for that also....

wait for one more week for periods to occur..meanwhile get a urine preganancy test
