If you are taking 4 ipills in a month, You have caused great trouble for yourself. This is what happens when people take ipill very lightly and consume it without any know how. This was one of the main reasons the doctor community was against the "marketing" of ipill on TV etc. It makes the process look very simple. iPill is an Emergency Contraceptive Pill ( ECP) meaning it is to be used in emergency when a single unprotected sex happens without any preplanning as in people who have sex inferquently or in cases of rape to prevent the person from becoming pregnant. Unfortunately the media ad has made such an impact that there are many couples who have taken ipill for all the days of their honey moon and more than once a month ( like you have ) and caused huge hormonal surge in their body which makes them not only have delayed menses in first month but also cause horrible menstrual irregularity with bleeding which is erratic and not much amenable for treatment. Ipills are hormonal pills which contain high dose of hormones. While it is used for prevention of pregnancy, it is meant for ONLY those who have infrequent sex. It is not meant for people who have sex for more than once a month.!!!! The pill acts in such a way that it makes the lining unsuitable for pregnancy to occur. it doesnot kill the sperms or make the ovum die. So Ipills and such emergency Contraceptive pills are NOT failsafe. Sometimes pregnancy can occur even after ipill. If you are having frequent sex, it is better to be on routine oral contraceptive pills which are to be taken everyday. These have less hormonal dose and can cause you no harm and are also almost 100% effective in protecting against pregnancy.
Next Steps
Do a urine pregnancy test on an early morning sample of urine and do it in a lab. if it is Negative, you have been saved from becoming pregnant BUT there is NOTHING you can do NOW to make menses occur. The menses will occur when your body's hormones come lower down. This bleeding at the first menses after these pills, may be more or slight. If it is excessive you must consult a Gynecologist and seek remedy.
Health Tips
If you are having unprotected sex with your partner, it can also expose you to sexually transmitted infections. So better to be using condoms when having sex with partner. if you are married and are using iPill as contraceptive. it's a truly BAD idea, either switch to condoms or to regular oral contraceptive pills.
