Missed periods
Hi doctor I took tranexamic acid tablet this month because I got bleeding in-between periods now the bleeding got stopped and this time I got ovulated on 28th of June and we were sexually active on that time now my periods are missing so I was in a confusion whether it's due to that tablet I started taking on 7th to 9th July and I took follicular scan which was 11th day post ovulation scan shows no follicles on both ovary so now what will be the reason for my delayed periods

Those tablets u took doesn't cause delay in periods.
Do a pregnacy test to rule out pregnacy
