  4. Missed periods. That nothing happened.

Missed periods.
I am 28 years old and married. My last period came on August, 22, 2017. Ideally ,my periods cycle is 28-30 days. I had slight cramps on 22nd September but period didn't come. Also, today morning and last night, i saw light colored thin thread of blood during cleaning but after that nothing happened.
