  3. Missed periods. And get regular periods!

Missed periods
I'm married since 5months.. one month period skipped but pregnancy test was negative also blood test done.. That was negative. And now nxt month spotting like non blood, brownish color is seen from past 10 days still continuing... thyroid test normal... Does this condition come under PCOD.... please suggest any medicine name to stop spotting and get regular periods
