Asked for Female, 20 Years

My boyfriend slept on me .we were fully clothed .there were secretions released at that moment but we didn't notice any secretions spilling out.i didn't get periods this month and I'm worried if I'm a pregnant.i had mild headache too .can u please help me ?

If you were fully clothed and secretions were released then it is highly unlikely that the sperms would have travelled through his underwear, his trouser, and your clothes and underwear to the vagina and cause you to be pregnant. So Relax. The hormones to cause menses come from the brain. And our feelings, fears, and thoughts can influence the secretions. So may be the delay is due to this fear of pregnancy.

Next Steps

Please do a urine Pregnancy test on an early morning sample and get it done in a lab, as home kits give false positive and false negative results. If the test is negative, you are not pregnant. But in case the test is positive,seek help of a local gynecologist

Health Tips

The mild headache could be due to acidity and hormone changes, like Pre menstrual changes, so if it is troublesome, meet a gynecologist
