Missed Periods
My periods are delayed by 10 days now, I have taken the home pregnancy test as well after 7 days of being late . Its negative .
What can be the cause of my missed periods ?
It has happened for the first time.

Causes of missed periods can be pcos , pregnancy , medications , thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance etc.
Wait for a week , if no periods still then tk withdrawl with meprate and then get an ultrasound done
