Missed two periods

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Got my period last on 24 or 25 feb. Should have gotten it twice - in March and in April, however I have not got it. We had sex on 24/25 Feb as well. I took the at home stick pregnancy test last month but it was negative. How can I check? What test can I do at the diagnostic center to find out?
