Missed two periods .

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I had intercourse with a girl on 6th Feb and gave her iPill on the next day.She did not bleed in feb and her dates were due on 9th march and its 15th march today she is still not bleeding.We took home pregnancy test yesterday which showed negative results.Then why is she not bleeding since two months please help me doctors
