I have missed my period this month i am no sure if am pregnant or not please help me.and if it am pregnant how to stop it

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

First do a urine pregnancy test or go for serum Bhcg blood test. If it comes positive consult a doctor, if its negative wait for few more days you may get your period and if you don't , consult Gynaecologist for same
