My friend missed her 2 months period may-june, she tried home pregnancy test 4 times all showed negative than did her blood test (thyroid) test where result came as sensitive TSH serum 25.4 Is she pregnant? If not what is the problem?

Tsh is very high ... Has she missed periods for the first time? Due to hormonal disturbance Periods can be irregular. You could go for an ultrasound to confirm.
