When doing laser hair reduction the moles are avoided because the laser rays attack the black cells(which make up the hair) and a mole has a high proportion of similar black pigment cells so it needs to be avoided. If it is slightly more darker it could be because some rays must have gone over it. It should improve in a couple of weeks if there is any other problem you can meet a qualified dermatologist again or get an online cancel done for it by sending the previous as well as current photo of the mole. Hope this was helpful.
