Mononeucleosis
Diagnosed with mono last week, but had been having symptoms for two weeks prior. Would traveling 3 hours for a restful vacation be bad for my mono?

Hello Ma'am. Very Good morning. There is no specific treatment for infectious Mononucleosis, Antibiotics don't work on Viral ailment. To reduce the symptoms,  kindly gargle your throat with salty water. Drink plenty of water, juices & other fluids to keep yourself well hydrated. If you having fever or Bodyache, you can have Tab.  Flexon which is very efficient. Don't you worry unnecessarily, you would be all right. Symptoms May last to 2-4 weeks and can be minimised with bedrest. But unfortunately, there is no specific cure. I have already told you about what to do for a hasty recovery. Take care. Bye.
