I am a perfectly healthy person. I have support of family and friends too but there are days when I don't want to leave my bed and talk to anyone. This lasts for a.period of 6 to 7 days. I am not PMSing. I am not on medication and I don't do any of drugs. I drink occasionally, not an addict. I am not sexually active. I don't understand this shift in mood from being all outdorsy to a person who doesn't want to leave the room.
