Mouth breathing while sleeping
My son age 3 years
Weight 13 kg
The problem is mouth breathing while sleeping .
No snooring
No cold
No cough.
May be I think this is winter season nose blocked..
Please suggest is it ok or any natural remedies for mouth breathing while sleeping...?

Apply otrivin saline nasal spray three times a day and syrup Levo cetrizine 2.5 ml per day orally
And steam inhalation two times a day
