I am suffering from mouth sore which is occurs oftenly . It can't properly even drink also. So I need help..

You seem to be suffering from multiple apthous ulcers of mouth. Usually they will resolve on its own within few days. You can take symptomatic treatment like painkillers and anesthetic oral gels for few days. Multi vitamin tablets can also be tried
