Mouth ulcer and constipation
I have mouth ulcer recurrent due to folic acid,zinc and some doctor says vitamin e. Childhood time I had same problem then I went Aiims hospital they prescribe me riconia multivitamin TABLET TWO TIMES AFTER MEAL with lactic fiber. Now riconia not available only riconia g, and silver in market. Now doctor prescribe becosules capsules two to times then no relief then he prescribe becosules z now I only 60% relief. Now I went medical store they told zincovit TABLET best than becosules z . plz suggest best multivitamin for oral ulcer.
