I have ulcers in my mouth on tongue under lips and in neck how i recover it fastly without any medicine with home things please tell me it is paining

There can be many reasons for oral ulcers, especially those which are multiple or recurrent.
Please visit a dentist for a proper clinical examination so that the right Cause in your case can be ascertained.
As such there is no medication which is going to speed up the healing time, but you can use anaesthetic ointments like dologel CT for temporary symptomatic relief.
