Diagnosis is a mix of history, clinical and radiological examination.
There are many instances where Meniscus tear might not be reported by a radiologist whereas in same file the surgeon may find a meniscus tear as he sees the patient and scans both.
Final.diagnosis involves the scan, clinical picture and your complaints.
Health Tips
MRI scans viewed by 5 doctors may vary with each doctor. This is a common finding but no one is wrong. This is called inter observer variation.
