Mukta vati vs sarpagandha
Which is good for high bp (160/90), patanjali divya mukta vati or zandu sarpagandha ? I am asking about your experience as a doctor, did your patients respond well to mukta or sarpa? Give detailed response and I can consider a consultation. Thanks.

There are many medicines which you can use for high BP. I suggest you don't do self medication.

See in Ayurveda it's not like a Amlodipine or Telmisartan mode of action of drugs mentioned. It totally based upon your prakruti and vikruti. Still if you using both the medicines... I will suggest with Sarpagandha ghan vati... Which having serpentine as a molecular compound which helps in vasodilation and it also enhances your sleep schedule. For a better understanding you have to consult.
