Multiple major aphthous ulcers
I m too much stressed and it led to aphthous ulcers in mouth and was prescribed kenocort and becosules even after using it for a month there is no improvement I have multiple ulcers on tongue and buccal mucosa which is not healing and present since six months and because of pain and burning it's difficult to eat food. What has to be done now

Will help  u out . Mea nwhile stop spicy food Increase ur intake of water and liquids . Incorporate green vegetables  and citrus fruits in ur diet .

Amlenox oral paste and Dologel CT, each to be applied 3-4 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes. Multivitamin
