Hello Dr, I am male /32Yrs. I have joined gym. I have seen the trend and is also recommended to have a daily multivitamin. Is it really required and which is recommended?

Please It is not required Instead.. Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly Take milk regularly Take carrots and beet root juice daily
