You can also try hot fermentation and roll a hard tennis ball or a rolling pin(chapati bellan) that we use in the kitchen or a foam roller if you must in this direction ⬇️⬇️. That should give you a short-term relief, and you can do a few stretches for further maintenance.
Next Steps
would suggest you have an exercise regimen under the supervision of a physiotherapist to prevent such muscle pulls, which are very common during pregnancy.
Health Tips
You must also consider postural changes and gait patterns, which will help you in many ways.
As you are in your pregnancy muscle cramps are very common. As you walk or change positions the muscles are more prone to develop a spasm or pull.
Ensure after walking you incorporate gentle lower limb stretches such as piriformis stretch, hamstring and calf stretches so that the length of the muscles are maintained.
While sitting make sure your weight is on your hips than your sacral bone. Keep your legs well supported on the ground.
Change position after 30-40mins.

If pain persists take an online consultation
