Hi i was doing gym and suddenly i had some pain in my forearms and there is mild pain although its already 7 days

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

The pain is due to sudden liftjng of heavy weight thats strain.just apply hot fermentation or contrast bath followed by voilini.
