Muscular pain(back)
It's been four days that I am having back hip pain..I visited some doctors and they all said its a muscular pain..Even after taking medicine its nOt getting better ...May I know what should I do to get relief of this..??

According to Ayurveda Muscular pain or joint pain is due to Vat dosh . First rule out cause . You should take  rest . avoid heavy work , Don't band forward to take anything .
