My 11 week pregnent wife got bleeding

Asked for Female, 27 Years

When i consult doctor they make scanning and telled there is no heartbeat in child u can abort it. I can attach scaning report below. Can anyone doctor suggest me what can i do now. IMPRESSION: SINGLE INTRAUTERINE GESTATION oF POG 8 weeks 1 day with absent cardiac activity s /o fetal device. No retrochorionic hematoma seen PNDT forms signed. I (Dr.________) declare that while conducting ultrasonography I have neither detected nor disclosed the sex of her fetus to anybody in a manner. All cannot be detected by ultrasound
