My 3 year old blinking eyes
My 3 year old boy is blinking his eyes while watching tv. I stopped him watching phone and also reduced time of watching tv from few months,but recently he started blinking his eyes frequently while watching tv.

Frequent blinking eye can be habitual . Due to refractive error, allergic conjunctival involvement as well.

You have done the right thing by restrictive screen time. However he may be having some eye power. Please have his eyes check and he may require glasses. When he is not watching television does he still blink his eyes? if it is all the time then there could be some dust in his eyes. Is the frequent blinking in both eyes?

He probably has dryness of eyes.U can start a preservative free lubricating eye drop.This may become habitual so better keep your child away from TV,laptops and mobiles
