From the description of the rash, most probable diagnosis is fungal infection. First of all, allegra is an anti allergic medicine given usually to relieve itch and not the treatment of fungal infection. Candid B is a steroid based cream and strictly not to be used for infections without monitoring by a skin specialist. You may damage the skin of your child by such experiments. Sorry for my harsh words.
