You can give sinarest AF syp for cold....
for throat pain you can continue flexon syp...
Mouth gargles with lukewarm water twice a day if possible..

You make her gargle with with warm water added with salt, thrice a day, for 4 days. you can give sinarest a f. there is no need for flexon syrup. you can also give steam inhalation twice a day .

I would not advise for self medication especially Flexon syrup. It would be better to consult a doctor who would go in to the details and prescribe accordingly. This can be done through video consultation also
