Hello,
I guess, I had replied to your previous query as well.
A single exam in any profession or any manner cannot define our success or failure.
Most importantly please do understand that there are no set parameters or standards to measure or operationalize success. Hence I guess everyone is permitted to have a personal and self defined measure and parameter of success.
May be getting out of this anxiety and problem, as well as trying again would define success for now in your context.
To face everyone else, the most important thing is to first answer to yourself. Once you have satisfied yourself it would be much easier to face others.
Trust me, it would not matter at all after few years. It is more important to become the best of your professional self, rather than when you cracked the exam...
Please meet with a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist to further help yourself.
Hope this helps you somewhat. Best wishes for your health and future.
