My baby was born premature at 33 weeks gestation age. Now he's a term baby with three months of age and weighing 4 kg. But he does not make eye contact and does not look towards sounds. He keeps looking vaguely. His hearing is also normal.

Hope hearing and Vision assessment was done for your child before discharge from hospital at birth if not done please do it. Ask your pediatrician for hearing and Vision assessment he will guide you. May need thyroid hormone levels checking also.
