My baby is almost 3 months now

Just correct mom's diet n it's be fine till then give kid Suvarna Prashan and consider to consult Ayurveda Dr in ur city

Give him honey once in a day regular. It's good if you add some ginger juice in it.
If you are giving him bottle 🍼 feed then add some turmeric in his milk.

Better explain to an ayurvedic doctor on phone what exactly is the baby going through or actually take the baby to an ayurvedic doctor. Because trying something like this on a chat advice can cause damage.
