My bilirubin level is 1.66 and alp is 158 and ggtp is 17 ultround done normal. mrcp done normal direct bil is 0.23 all other enemia test come back normal what wud it be ?

This probably is what is called GILBERTS syndrome where the indirect Bilirubin will be running high but it will not have any consequences. You can monitor LFTs once in a while and there are genetic tests available to confirm Gilbert's syndrome
