My BP readings high at doctor's clinic
My BP readings at home range from 110/71 to 127/86 but at doctor's clinic it went up to 140/90 or more sometimes. At home i take my readings twice at same time regularly nd it is alway at normal range. So what should I consider this. Yes at doctor's clinic i become so anxious and my Heartbeat also fastened which leads to high bp. Please advise

You need to relax before going to doctors clinic and in the clinic get the bp done onlg after u r relaxed and not immediately .

Dnt wry nothing to do ,keep calm ,no medication required for this ,monitor ur bp three times a day at ur home if it comes more than 140/90 then consult online

Your blood pressure increases only you visit a doctor can be due to anxiety.. for that once you are visiting a doctor before checking BP please rest and relax for 10 to 15 minutes.. once you are comfortable let doctor monitor your BP.. hopefully it should be normal.. otherwise u have to check your home BP monitor once whether it is working properly.. nothing to worry.. if any further problem u can consult me online
