Having hairloss though not herideteray
Always lethargic owns a business but has no interest in it
Sometimes he gets blood in stool
Skin problems like itching ringworm
Can you please suggest what to do as he is just 28 years old im worried of his future

Hello. Don’t worry. Everything you have mentioned is treatable.
1) Diabetes reversal and normal BP are possible with good treatment.
2) The hair loss can be because of stress. Need a pic of the scalp area to see the pattern and extent of baldness for appropriate treatment.
3) Lethargy can be attributed to bipolar ( depression phase) and uncontrollable diabetes.
4) Bipolar disorder can be managed with medicines, counselling, yoga, meditation and a lot of support from family.
5) Blood in stool can be due to many reasons, a little more history needed there from him.
6) Send a pic to see if it’s a ringworm.
