My brother has suffered by typhoid a month ago he had madicine Gifi O course for 7 days as Dr suggested.
We have test 4 days ago again the test report was
Salmonella Typhi O : 1:160 Salmonella Typhi H : 1:320 Paratyphi AH : Negative
Paratyphi BH : Negative
No Fever
Has he suffering again by Typhoid ?

It appears that your brother is still infected with typhoid,or carrier,though widal test is not specific.He may need a antibiotic different than the previous consult with a general physician in your area for further management..

The values are higer than 1:80 suggesting positive for typhoid, there are many factors to consider like
Widal is not confirmatory test
The antibiotic might not have been completely effective
Sample not collected properly
Next Steps
need to repeat test with cbc and then consult a doctor & need to start on fresh course of antibiotics
