Your child is suffering from Pityriasis Alba
It is a self limiting skin condition
Gentle moisture the skin and use sunscreens religiously during sunlight exposure
Give your child a healthy diet inclusive of fruits and green vegetables.
In case the lesions do not subside consult a dermatologist who will prescribe a mild steroid for faster recovery.
