My creatinine was 4.2 bcse of fungus infection after getting treatment it has been reduced to 1.15 do you think I need to worry

No ...you had acute kidney injury which is recovered,.. You need to check urea creatinine serum electrolytes and urine routine after 1 year of the recovery if you don't have any symptoms In case you get any urinary symptoms or leg swelling you need to get the tests then..
